Intel最近推出的670p系列SSD就是这样一款用QLC闪存的产品,其实Intel是非常看重QLC闪存的,当年的660p系列就是首批采用QLC闪存的SSD,现在的670p系列已经是他们家的第三代QLC
SSD了。
根据Intel的宣传,这款670p
SSD性能较上代有非常大的提升,而且相当注重低队列深度的性能,因为日常大部分应用都在QD1-3的范围内的,基本不会超过QD4,而目前大部分SSD厂家在宣传时只会标识产品的最大IOPS,然而这最大IOPS基本上只能在高队列深度情况下跑出来,日常基本上跑不到那种队列深度,其实连续读写也会有这种状况。

});与之前的660p和665p相比,新的670p换了新的主控和闪存,性能有了很大的提升,而且针对低队列深度和混合读写进行了调整,可满足常见应用常见的存储需求,包括办公和主流游戏。耐久度也是稳步提升,和660p相比670p的写寿命增长了85%,与665p相比则增长了23%。

1TB的SLC缓存大概有140GB,有缓存时写入速度是相当之快的,缓存用光后写入速度也有200MB/s以上,虽然说和TLC的SSD相比这缓外速度确实有点低,但和660p相比已经翻了一倍了,速度超过了HDD,而且日常使用基本上很少可能会直接把这么大的SLC缓存用光,基本上都是维持在有缓存内的高速区间内。
总结
从性能测试结果来看,Intel 670p的性能其实是要优于那些主流级TLC
SSD的,经过优化的算法让它在低队列深度时的性能表现也非常出色,实际应用负载也多集中在QD1到4的低队列深度为主,这些从PCMark的成绩就能看得出来。用QLC闪存的670p在传输速度和响应速度都很优秀,但缺点也不是没有,就是SLC缓存用光后速度掉得有点厉害,不过嘛,我们手头上这个1TB的有140GB的动态缓存,想要一次用光还是蛮有难度的,对于大多数人来说也就刚开始用的时候导入数据时可能会碰到,平日使用时是基本用不完的。670p和目前主流SSD售价基本相近,在同价位产品里面性能表现还是相当出色的,我们比较推荐选购1TB以上的容量,因为有更好的性能和更大的缓存容量。
